Purpose and legal basis of processing
Your personal data is processed:
A) without your express consent, to process your request for a quote. Consent is therefore not required because the processing is necessary to respond to such requests.
B) only with your specific and distinct consent, Gruppo Industriale Tegolaia S.r.l. will process the personal data collected to send by e-mail the newsletter containing information on its products or services, as well as promotions or invitations to events in which it will participate.
Period of retention of data
Your personal data will be processed for the time strictly essential to the pursuit of the above-mentioned purposes, after which they will be deleted or made anonymous. With specific regard to the purposes described in point B), your personal data will be processed until the withdrawal of your consent, which may concern all, one or some of them.
Nature of data provision and consequences in case of refusal
For the purposes referred to in letter a) of the previous point, the provision of data is necessary, and is an indispensable condition for processing your request for a quote: Failure to provide the information therefore makes it impossible for the applicant to receive the requested estimate. For the purpose referred to in point b) above, the provision of data is optional and any refusal to provide such data and to give consent implies the impossibility for the Data Controller to follow up the sending of the newsletter containing information and to access the benefits related to it.
Scope of data communication and categories of recipients
Your data may be communicated:
- for the purposes referred to in point A), to employees and collaborators of the Data Controller, in their capacity as authorised data processors and/or system administrators;
- for the purposes referred to in point B), the following categories of external parties such as independent data controllers or external data processors:
- IT service providers, such as direct marketing, internet service and cloud computing;
- entities carrying out customer service activities;
- studies and other entities that provide assistance, advice and services of a legal, fiscal, accounting, economic-financial, technical-organizational, data processing, communication character;
- subsidiaries, parents, subsidiaries and associates;
- public authorities and supervisory and control bodies;
if your data should be processed on behalf of the Company by third parties, they will be designated as data processors by a specific contract or other legal act; your data will not be disclosed in any case.
Data transfer to a third country and/or an international organisation
Your personal data may be transferred, for the purposes for which they are collected, to the United States of America (USA) which is a country outside the European Union. The transfer of personal data to subjects located in the USA will take place exclusively by virtue of the subscription between Gruppo Industriale Tegolaia S.r.l. and the non-EU recipient of the standard contractual clauses adopted or approved by the European Union Commission (art. 46, paragraph II, letters c and d of the Regulation) To obtain a copy of such data you can contact Gruppo Industriale Tegolaia S.r.l., as indicated in the paragraph “Rights of data subjects” below.
Rights of data subjects
It is your right to ask the Data Controller to access your personal data and to rectify them if they are incorrect, to delete them or limit their processing if the conditions are met, to oppose their processing for legitimate interests pursued by the Data Controller, and to obtain the portability of the personally provided data only if it is subject to automated processing based on consent or contract. You also have the right to revoke the consent given for the purposes of processing that require it, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing carried out until the moment of revocation.
