Purpose and legal basis of processing
If you subscribe to this service, Gruppo Industriale Tegolaia S.r.l. will process the personal data collected to send by e-mail the newsletter containing information about its products or services, as well as promotions or invitations to events in which you will participate. The legal basis is the need for the pursuit of this objective.
Period of retention of data
The Data Controller will process the data until the end of the service or any request to unsubscribe, if earlier. In any case, for technical/organizational reasons the treatment will last for 30 days from the terms indicated above.
Nature of data provision and consequences in case of refusal
The provision of data is optional, but the refusal to communicate it makes it impossible to register for this service.
Scope of data communication and categories of recipients
Your data may be communicated:
- for the purposes referred to in point A), to employees and collaborators of the Data Controller, in their capacity as authorised data processors and/or system administrators;
- for the purposes referred to in point B), the following categories of external parties such as independent data controllers or external data processors:

- persons carrying out customer service activities;
- studies and other subjects providing assistance, advice and services of a legal, fiscal, accounting, economic-financial, technical-organizational, data processing, communication nature;
- subsidiaries, parents, subsidiaries and associates;
- public authorities and supervisory and control bodies;
if your data should be processed on behalf of the Company by third parties, they will be designated as data processors by a specific contract or other legal act; your data will not be disclosed in any case.
Data transfer to a third country and/or an international organisation.
Your personal data may be transferred, for the purposes for which they are collected, to the United States of America (USA) which is a country outside the European Union. The transfer of personal data to subjects located in the USA will take place exclusively by virtue of the subscription between Gruppo Industriale Tegolaia S.r.l. and the non-EU recipient of the standard contractual clauses adopted or approved by the European Union Commission (art. 46, paragraph II, letters c and d of the Regulation) To obtain a copy of such data you can contact Gruppo Industriale Tegolaia S.r.l., as indicated in the paragraph “Rights of data subjects” below.
Rights of data subjects
It is your right to ask the Data Controller to access your personal data and to rectify them if they are incorrect, to delete them or limit their processing if the conditions are met, to oppose their processing for legitimate interests pursued by the Data Controller, and to obtain the portability of the personally provided data only if it is subject to automated processing based on consent or contract. You also have the right to revoke the consent given for the purposes of processing that require it, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing carried out until the moment of revocation.
The Data Subject has the right to unsubscribe from this service at any time and may also ask the Data Controller to access their personal data and to rectify them if they are incorrect, to delete them or restrict their processing if the conditions are met, and to obtain their portability.
